We provide tutoring, feedback on drafts, report and essay structuring guidance, case-study analysis coaching, referencing checks, editing and proofreading. We do not write assignments for submission and we do not sit tests or examinations on a student's behalf.

All materials supplied by us are learning aids. You remain the author of anything you submit to your institution.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive. Calculator estimates are indicative; the confirmed quote we email you is the binding price. Work begins once payment or the agreed deposit is received.

Deadlines are agreed and delivered in AEST/AEDT. Turnaround starts from the moment full instructions, rubrics and source files are received. Delays in supplying materials shift the delivery time accordingly.

You agree to supply accurate unit details and rubrics, to comply with your institution's academic integrity rules, and not to submit our feedback, examples or edited excerpts as your own unaided work.

Revisions are covered by our Revision Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Materials we create for a session remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal study. Resale, redistribution or publication of our materials is not permitted.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid for it. We do not guarantee any particular grade or academic outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
