We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and how you can access or delete it.

1. Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number in E.164 format, country, unit and subject details, deadlines, and any files or drafts you send us. Website analytics collect non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and device type.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information solely to prepare quotes, match you with a suitable tutor, deliver the service you booked, process payments, and respond to support enquiries. We do not sell personal information.

3. Disclosure

Your details are shared only with the tutor assigned to your booking and with payment processors as required to complete a transaction. We never contact your university, employer or family about your use of the service.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted servers with access limited to staff who need it. Files and drafts are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service and to meet Australian record-keeping obligations.

5. Overseas recipients

Some tutors and service providers may be located outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protections apply.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to core features.

7. Access, correction and deletion

Email support@managementassignmenthelp.au to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. We respond within 30 days as required by the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first on +61 370 761 224 or support@managementassignmenthelp.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
