Revision Policy

Feedback only helps if it lands. Every booking includes unlimited revisions for 14 days, so you can keep refining your own draft until the guidance is clear and actionable.

1. Free revision window

You may request unlimited revisions for 14 days from delivery, at no extra cost, provided the request stays within the original brief.

2. What a revision covers

Clarifying feedback, re-reviewing a section you have reworked, correcting missed typographical or referencing errors, and expanding on structural comments where the original guidance was unclear.

3. What counts as new work

A change of topic, unit, referencing style or word count, or a new rubric issued after delivery, is treated as a new booking and quoted separately in AUD.

4. Turnaround

Most revisions are returned within 24 hours AEST. Urgent revisions ahead of a submission deadline are prioritised — flag the deadline when you request them.

5. How to request

6. Academic integrity limits

Revisions never extend to writing new content for submission. We refine guidance, comments and corrections on work you have authored.
